Talent Shortage Escalates in 2015

You don’t have to be an HR Executive to know that the United States is experiencing a talent shortage. According to the Glassdoor Recruiting Outlook Survey, a staggering 48% of hiring decision makers don’t see enough qualified candidates for their open positions. In addition, 26% reported they see the situation getting harder in the next 12 months.
