Job Description

Trillium Staffing is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer in Bay City, MI. 

Pay rate $24/hr or more depending on experience. This is 1st shift, 5am-3pm and is a temp-to-hire position.           

Job Responsibilities include:
-Independently set-up and program CNC lathes and mills
-Trial and edit programs as necessary.
-Maintain fixtures and tooling and train other operators.
-Read and follow instructional set-up sheets, blueprints, etc.
-Continuous improvement
-5S
-Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

-Must be able to program, set-up and operate CNC lathes and mills.
-Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Programmer/Set-up or equivalent education.
-2 year associate degree preferred.
-Must have Mastercam experience.                     
-Program and operate single spindle Okuma LB as well as twin turret, twin spindle Okuma LT lathes.
-Program and operate HAAS and Hardinge milling machines.
-Ability to Read Blueprints and Set-up Sheets, GD&T knowledge preferred.
-Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
