Trillium Staffing has a great opportunity for a Diesel Technician looking for the next step in his career!
We are currently seeking supervisory-level applicants for a semi-truck service facility. This person will oversee a shift of technicians and will also be doing hands on service and repair work. This individual will be responsible for performing truck repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with in-house and manufacturers’ standards. This is a 2nd shift, direct hire opportunity! Hours are 3:00 pm-11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Wage range is $25-$32/hr. based on experience!

Qualifications
-Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
-Ability to prioritize and delegate work based on customer demands and expectations.
-Good oral and written communication skills.
-Hands on ability to determine truck condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests.
-Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications.
