Lead Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician needed in Marion, WI!  Direct Hire!!

Job Description

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a Lead Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to add to our client’s growing team.  Duties include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical machine failures, knowledge of motors and controls, performing preventative maintenance procedures, assigning duties to techs as needed, AC/DC control wiring, working with servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the area. The standard hours are 6pm-6am, following a 2-2-3 night shift schedule. Wages range based on experience, $27-32/hr.  This opportunity also comes along with available benefits, 401k with match as well as quarterly and yearly bonus programs.

Qualifications

- 3-5+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred
- 1+ year in a lead role, preferred
- Associates Degree, Millwright or Journeyman Card preferred or willing to obtain
- PLC experience strongly preferred
- Electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC experience preferred
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
