Job Description
Receptionist needed in Oshkosh, WI! Immediate Hire!
This is a great full-time opportunity for a candidate who enjoys multitasking and working in a professional office environment. A local manufacturing company is looking for a hard-working administrative professional to join their growing team. The primary responsibilities will be answering phones including determining call importance and transferring calls accordingly. This position will also be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, will handle all inbound and outbound mailing including statements and checks, handles all filing and helps HR keep logs of employee call-ins and those taking PTO or vacation.
This is a full-time, contract to hire position with a well-established organization in the area. The standard working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Wages range based on experience, $15-17/hr. This opportunity also comes with opportunity for advance growth in the company.

Qualifications
- 1-2+ years experience in a related position, preferred
- Great customer service skills both in-person and over the phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office programs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Great multi-tasking skills
